Crowd Control Me/E
This Build is Mesmer/Elementist (Based:Fire)
Stats are 13Fast Cast(+2/-35 rune) 10 Domination 10 Fire Magic
Energy-66
This build is to destroy a huge crowds of targets very fast(I.E. vahlen w/o wurm form, and its good in FoW no firestorm lol )
I have my norgu setup the same way except he has 13 Dom. so when i farm,i stack chaos storm which is a god send spell
i tested it briefly in PvP beating warrior 2 of 3 and a Fire Ele 3 of 3
tell me what ya think

I won't comment on the PvE usage since anything that works for you is good but it's a fairly bad PvP bar.

You lost me at flare. The whole bar basically focuses on AoE damage, but does so less efficiently than an ele could do. The lack of rez is also not too wise...

bit rubbish eh.. tries to be AoE damage but only has 3 pretty long recharge not all that damaging spells the rest are mediocre single target damage spells and no energy management. the things you beat must have been truly horrendous.. sorry

Yeah, basically what they said. It seems to be halfway between AoE and single target, except with no e-management or rez. For AoE, an ele can do so much more, and Mesmers just aren't great single target damage dealers, more like single target shutdowns.

Tbh, youre trying to make the Mesmer fit the roll of a nuker, which will not work out well, or at least as well as Elementalists.
Mesmers should stick to disruption of whatever they want at the time, rather than deal uber leet damage. Power Spike/ Backfire and Empathy are great for damage dealing over time, and may not have the impact of a Phoenix or Meteor, they have their uses.

I tried a mes/ele build with 'Echo' applied to 'Fireball', and could pretty well spam it. But it was not as effective as ele. builds....more of a novelty.

I had about 6 morale boost and a birthday cake at the time I think actually. I think the most health you can get from equipment alone is 650, maybe 660.
